[S118] Jennie Pringle, Jennie Pringle Document. Re Pringle Cemetery This was piece of land left by Calvin D. Pringle, being part of his farm which he willed to his youngest son, Willett, and was to be for the use of any descendant who wanted to be buried there. In April, 1962, a cousin found three stones there, two of which she could not rend, but the third one was for George W. McBride, died July 11, 1872, 3 M. 27D. son of N. McBride. N. McBride was Nancy Pringle McBride, wife of George McBride and 3rd dau. of Calvin & Margaret Pringle. George was a school master and also a Methodist local Preacher, considered quite an orator. (family tradition). A granddaughter of Calvin Pringle, dau. of Willett, remembers a stone erected for Calvin Pringle, who died in 1902. The stone for his first wife Margaret Bradshaw would be 30 years older.
