George Ferguson Pringle, b. at Richmond, U.C., 31 March 1830; a blacksmith; married at Tyendenaga, C.W., 14 March 1854, Azubah Grant, dau. of John and Mary (Huffman) Grant of Tyendenaga, where she was born 22 July 1837. He died, 25 Jan. 1874, at Half Moon Bay, California. She was living at Napanee, Ont., in March 1876.

I. Agnes Jane Pringle, b. at Napanee, C. W., 12 Jan. 1855; married there, 24 Aug. 1874, William James, a painter, son of George and
Margaret (Taylor) James, of Belleville, Ont. He was born at Sligo (Ireland ?).
They were living at Belleville in May 1876.
II. Philander Pringle, b. at Richmond, C. W.; died there, 24 Aug.
1856, and was buried in the cemetery at Napanee, C. W.
III. Harriet Ann Pringle, b. at Napanee, C. W., 24 Aug. 1858;
married there, 15 March 1876, Amos Deen, son of Paul and Harriet Ann
(Rowe) Deen, of Napanee, where he was born. They were living at
Napanee in May 1876.
IV. George Wesley Pringle, b. at Napanee, C. W., 29 Nov. 1860;
and was living there in May 1876.
V. Hiram Williams Pringle, b. at Napanee, C.W., 29 May 1862. [1]
