(Pete) Sr. - Age 91, of Malden, MO formerly of Flint, died Tuesday, February 11, 2003 at Three Rivers Healthcare, Poplar Bluff, MO. Mr. Snyder was born January 27, 1912 in Big Rapids Township, MI, the son of Frank and Lillie Snyder . He retired from Fisher Body in 1971 after 32 years of service. On January 27, 1936, Pete married Della Loraina Burch and she preceded him in death. Surviving are: son, Malcolm P. "Mack" Syder, Jr and wife Judy of Malden, MO; daughters, Rae Clark of Malden, MO, Joann Dye of Cut Bank, MT; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. Mr. Snyder was preceded in death by his parents; son, Thomas Snyder ; brother, Adelbert Snyder ; and sisters, Neva Robinson and Lillie Burkhart. Funeral services were held Friday, February 14, 2003 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden, MO. Friends may visit the family at 12Noon, Monday, February 17, 2003 at the Sunset Chapel of Reigle Funeral Home, a graveside service will follow at 1PM at the mausoleum of New Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Flint. Born Jan. 27, 1912, in Big Rapids Township, Mich., son of the late Frank B. and Lillie Revor Snyder, he worked for the Fisher Body Automotive Plant and was of the Catholic faith. On Jan. 27, 1936, in Flint, he married Della Loraina Burch, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by one son, Thomas Snyder; one brother, Adelbert Snyder and two sisters, Neva Robinson and Lillie Burkhart. Survivors include one son, Malcolm P. "Mack" Snyder, Jr. and wife, Judy, of Malden; two daughters, Rae Clark, of Malden and JoAnn Dye, of Cut Bank, Mont.; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
